This is first time I stay here. Everything here make me feel comfortable. I understand last time resort is low occupancy so I am really enjoy and relax. Staff is friendly. Specially Ms. Hang - FO lady who receive my booking as last minute and give room rate never better. However having something I would like to share 1. Upon check in FO should introduce more your activities and facilities as swimming pool, gym etc Better should prepare resort map for guests.
BOD should consider shuttle bus to bring guest to down town with F. Breakfast should have more food selection. Moreover flan cake kitchen should make same same with yogust because big one is not good idea. Pool service I did not see any staff there to give towel and sunchair have some. I felt you make staff clear compensation leave as low occupancy. In room need more details as set up more picture.
Power slot did not work when I took key card out. I don't know how resort to save electric. My room has outdoor bathtub but seem hot water system is not enough to provide into bathtub.
Light system should have electric master control beside bed. One more thing check out time make me confuse 13h00 as in room directory or 12h00 as information from guest service. Anyway I will come back this lovely resort. We had noted that all your comments and suggestions. We will be managed Head of Department Meeting to share and discuss about it.

May I explain you that concern with providing resort information upon check in, Front Office staff members are always trying to introduce about resort info in details but upon your arrival, they failured to inform you. I am really so sorry indeed and let me remind them again. Thanks for your suggestion on breakfast corner arrangements. Concern with pool satff members, thanks for your comments and we will be reminded them to standby at pool side whenever the guests need.
