Rooms and windows are a decent size even if you do not have a rooms with a balcony. I would recommend taking extra water on the boat. The boat is clean and service top notch!
Great tour guide. Made sure everyone was aware of the itinerary and made an effort to include everyone. Great jokes and very knowledgeable. Super star!! The cruise itself is fantastic! But anyway, accommodation aside, the food was excellent. Everyone I met in Vietnam said Halong bay was way too crowded with cruises and people. This cruise took us to a quieter area where there was only a couple of other cruises around and it was great. Had a great time, kayaking and boat ride through fishing village was great.
The staff service was very good. The food was good for the price. The itinerary was alright, pretty much standard across all halong bay cruises. The room cleanliness was top notch, the bathroom was beautiful. Just need to bring your own water if you dont plan to pay for drinks. We booked the cruise for Halong Bay trip of 2D1N. They provide you the pickup and drop from the hotel you are staying. That is chargeable but woth it.
