I therefore took my car and went out to the resort and had a rather lengthy discussion, whereafter they confirm everything was ok and that the amount would be draw on my MasterCard 7 days before check in.
I then gave them the same card, and within 1 minute the amount was paid! Staff does know the system, or the system does not function. The room was of a very good standard and equal what was promised, however, the fridge was empty!! We learned from our friends they had the same issue.

We had buffet dinner at Christmas eve and that was very fine indeed. The following day we would try something different, and the had a Christmas dinner with 8 courses, which would be too much for us, so we ordered a la carte at the Beach House, which was a mistake in the hind side.
