Room was decent and bath okay. Was only there on the weekend. The boss was letting his "girls" out for their "work". People coming and going past our room all night. People knocking on our doors around in the morning. I will never stay there again. Dear Klewy, We are so sorry to hear this negative feedback. We are under new management and are working diligently to improve all areas of our hotel and enhance our guest experience while staying here.
We have made many changes to improve our security in this property by hiring private security and banning service to this group of individuals. We hope you allow us to redeem ourselves! Do not ever stay here!! Noisy,homeless people,drug addicts,prostitutes,not to mention to my room smelled like urine!
I was totally embarrassed to tell my family where I was staying. Dear ahoel82, We are so sorry to hear this negative feedback. As for your room condition, this issue is completely unacceptable. Our company is improving everyday to improve our deep cleaning and housekeeping departments; I will certainly share your comments with them. I hope we have a chance to redeem ourselves! My room was clean and very nice place to stay.
Dear Katheryn, We are happy to hear you had a pleasant stay with us. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Where do I begin!!! That was a bit disconcerting, especially as I was traveling with my daughter and my two young grandchildren. The elevator broke down that evening, and it is a 4 story property. And lastly on the negative 'side', I have been charged 3 times for this one night and am struggling with having 2 of the charges removed from my charge card. NOW, there were a couple of 'positives'; there is a complimentary breakfast which included 'do it yourself' waffles which my grandson loved doing!
The pool area was clean and felt heavenly that night after finally hauling our gear up to the 4th floor and it was 90 out and high humidity. I must admit however, I would not recommend this property.
