Everytime i visit there, I leave with the most relaxed sleepy feeling ever. Which of course results What infuriated me most was being forced to lie on paper during my massage. I felt like a piece of meat, to make matters w o rse I was given an old scratchy towel to cover myself up in a hot tiny cubicle that wa s only separated by thin curtains so I could hear the next massage therapist and client right next to me.
My therapist was so bad her touch and technique made me want to scream! The facial was so quick and so ordinary. Without any explanation of the products being used.
Do youself a favor and do not go there. I just had to erase the whole experience from my body and mind. As owner of the Health and Beauty Day Spa and being in business for 31 years, I was surprised when this review was posted. Not only because this is our first negative review but also because we accommodated the client's request to change our combo Swedish massage and body scrub to Swedish massage and Classic facial at the same price as she requested.
We created " Crazy Tuesdays and Spa tacular Sundays" as our promotional days at the spa, Sundays being most popular.
On all massage tables we use a soft disposable tissue the length of the table for hygienic purposes and for the client's peace of mind. We apologize if our therapist did not indicate that it could have been removed. Our massage room being hot was most surprising since the massage rooms are air conditioned. While no business is perfect we are proud of our loyal clients for the past 31 years. However, we take the opportunity to apologize for your experience and to thank you for your review.
