I regularly take a massage in one of the hotels in the area. I saw this deal on Grupanya and gave it a shot. But I have regretted from the first moment. First of all the guy at the front desk was not paying attention at all, he was playing games on his phone. Second, the SPA was in a very bad shape. The doors were broken, the locker room was very small and the lockers were all full.
I could not use the sauna as the door was broken. It was more like a cheap hotel bathroom than a SPA. The massage was also not good. It was cheaper than other hotels, but when you compare price and value, it definitely does not worth, More. It s a really quite, clean hotel. Close to sapanca lake and city center.
We stayed for two days rooms are clean and tidy. Most of the rooms are seeing directly green mountains. Stayed for the weekend for a friends gathering Construction in the garden and the next building Incredibly loud music till 2 am and cleaning after till 3 am. Worst breakfast i've had in a hotel. Had to ask for almost everything in the room. Didn't see a single smiling staff. Never again We've stayed in Onis for a night and what a horrible experience!
Due to Arab tourists this hotel was very expensive for it's quality. The room as nice and spacious but there was nothing in the mini bar not even water there was no kettle or basic stuff in the room. We've called the reception about the mini bar, and was told that the guests who stayed before us had stolen everything from the mini bar hence why there wasn't anything left in the fridge!!! There was yellowish stains on the duvets and the covers. Couldn't be asked to complain at the time as we just wanted to leave and never look back!
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to couples or families with kids due to hygiene issues. We stayed there in February for a weekend to have our Valentines Day. I can't say I was happy because blue lights everywhere and quite strong. They have restaurant upstairs we went for dinner but there was smelling smoke very badly. Also it wasn't open restaurant and so noisy. Reception was good breakfast was good but apart from that anything wasn't very good so no come back again. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I've have.
