Pros: The service and food are always fantastic. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ticket price was fantastic too! Cons: Fewer fat peasants with too much hand luggage. Seriously, control the hand luggage before people bring it aboard. Flight with Anadolojet Istanbul-Izmir was awful. I was not happy with. Other then that I had a great experience with Turkish Air lines. Pros: it is a nice program it's wonderful for flying out good price on for totally is excellent website. Pros: After we missed our flight, we were provided with terrible customer service. Cons: We were told to go to the wrong gate.
After we missed our flight, we were charged USD to book for the identical flight the following day. We were taken around in circles inside the airport. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend. Cons: Maybe refresh the plan in the near future.
