Ok so let me start by saying i rarely leave bad reviews and not the kind of person to be irritated or picky abiut these things but I was pretty shocked by this hotel to the point where I think it fair to warn others who like us get duped by the good reviews here.
Firstly the positives, its cheap if you book through a booking agent, location is good, rooms are clean and decent. Where it all went wrong was the security guy had no issues selling a room to a drunk australian guy who ordered a prostitute loadly, the walls are very thin and we could hear every word and dare I say more.
The security guy knew she was there and despite this being against the law in vietnam to allow rooms to be shared with foreigners and vietnemese locals unless married he turned a blind eye. I wouldnt normally care but it kept us awake for hours and was truly disguising, we had to wear ear plugs. When we told reception in the morning she was apologetic but clearly didnt care and blamed this on drunks coming into the hotel, sure, drunks come by, but if your security guard is letting them in he delivered them both a towel which we heard again loudly to the room and knew exactly what was happening then its a poor excuse.
They didnt offer us any money back and They didnt offer us any money back and bizzarely the receptionists suggestion was to go and stay somewhere nicer, so we did! Oh and if that didnt put you off, the staff never say hello to you when you walk in and the cleaners shout loadly in the morning outside your room at about 7am.
If you want to gamble a prostitute free stay then go for it, I woudnt personally take the risk again. We stayed here for seven nights in early April. It is well located close to the beach and the restaurants and nightlife in Nha Trang.
