The beds were comfy and the atmosphere at the hostel as good - something on every night and was easy to meet people! Great hostel to meet people! Loved the ping pong table, darts game, pool and basketball for free. Just above the Upbeat bar so perfect for a night out and right in front of the beach.
Awesome hostel. I didn't like the staff. We came to the hostel before the check in time and all we were told was that the check in time was at 3 and that we should leave. We had to ask if we could leave our backpacks somewhere. I thought we would be told more about the accommodation later, but when we checked in, but we weren't. No communication whatsoever, we had to ask about everything and even then we didn't get an answer.
There is also a crazy policy of no food and drinks allowed with a fine of BTH. I arrived at 1am. First, there was no bed available in the room they send me. Then I had a bed very dirty but not a locker. They changed me 3 times till i have a bed and a locker in the same room.
The staff was not very kind. The shower is very hot and you can't put cold water. Not the best place for sleeping as night club is downstairs :D. You need more support especially reception. Is need to give them train them how to communicate to Guest.
Girls are good smiles and behave and especially Guys. You all give some discount those who stay im hotel. Please do consider in future.
