What's the matter with sauna? If you go to a good one they'll have a proper masseuse who'll charge you thirty bucks or so for a sports massage. This is sometimes a euphemism, but in a family-style jimjilbang sauna, there'll be no funny stuff. Stay away from the grotty little ones, and you'll be fine, I bet. Beyond that I don't know. Upscale health clubs I guess, but you'd probably need to get a membership.
