Prosecuter Caroline Goodwin told the court: "The whole of this operation arose out of an investigation conducted by Northumbria police into the activities of Victoria Thorne and Neil Lock. Her profile on the Notorious Girls website said she was "very eager to please" but refused to wear a uniform or entertain clients from Sunderland.
