Love to come here on a warm day outside the weekend. Nice warm water for relaxing and cooler water The pools were very clean, all the rides were working well. The wave pool was also working well Had the opportunity to have a relaxing herbal bath and full body massage at the Hydro.
The atmosphere is Calming and relaxing, the herbal bath a definite must have and the massage was good. Over all a very relaxing time and would recommend this to all that are seeking relaxation and recharging their batteries The swimming area looks much better from inside, the exterior is a little industrial and the main entrance belies the size.
I stayed for a few hours and paid extra for a spa treatment whilst I was there. The pool is both indoor and outdoor, so good for all seasons - and quite warm enough outdoors for me in wintertime - but I am from the UK! The changing rooms are spacious, well presented and come with lockers bring your own padlock, or keep your items in view. The pools are pleasant and with outdoor and indoor seating you could be quite content all day if lounging by a pool is your thing. The outdoor pool is well maintained and clean, but despite the best efforts of the resort leaves from nearby trees do blow in.
I found that my swimming costume changed from blue to pink - so I guess the mineral content of the water had some lasting effect on me! The spa is very nice and of a high standard, there is a great range of treatments available and I think they are worth the money, for me it made a lovely place for a "spa day". It is all part of a larger resort with plenty of food choices, sleeping and parking facilities.
Easy to find and well signposted. We stayed at the Forever Resort Warmbaths and visited the Hydro on two occasions, once when there was a power outage and the other time late in the afternoon. The pool is desperately in need of a clean with black mould growing between the tiles throughout the pool.
