Because of this, the natural therapeutic effects of the mineral water and mud treatments, as well as the climate provided by the mountainous terrain, Slovakia is the ideal European health and wellness destination, and with a huge focus on affordability as well, there was no way I could pass up the opportunity to take advantage of it while I was here and look after my physical and mental wellbeing a little.
I had already been in Slovakia a couple of days before I got the chance to really discover the health and wellness opportunities open to travellers.
