Are girls from Cluji friendly or money-hungry. With all the respect needed,the Italian "legends" are overexagerated as usual ,I would say. The girls are beautiful,you can spot them being winter in the restaurants and clubs. Check the reviews here for some places. They are just fun hungry,so give it a try. And the usual "money hungry" are already taken by Lots of clubs to pick up girls in Cluj and even a well staffed red light district for the more needy.
Lots of students here and lots with parents who are well of, so not so money hungry as in other cities in Romania. As for being friendly well probagbly no more than they are in other parts of Europe and probably a lot less available. Are people "warmer-hearted" in the above mentioned places than you can expect to meet with in, say, Bucarest? Please, let me know. I see you insist on getting the wrong impressions Rough and rude not at all most of the young women in Cluj especialy the students are far from Rough and rude.
And no not that sort of club just discos if you like but some nice places to go in the evening and some nice resteraunts. By less available i mean rather more stand offish. Succeava is rather modern and to be honest not that intresting but buchovina is well worth a visit.
