Elefante Blanco, Gallery, and the Strip Club next to the Gallery are all alive and well with acailable talent. I found the girls in Elefante to be the best, although the Romanian and Lithuanian stippers in the Stip club were wonderful as well.
Prices for the standard hour were a little higher than other cities I've visited euro to euro. All depending on your bargoning skills. The Escort service Correio da Manha 21 speaks very good english and offer a starting price of euro.
