County Treasurer vs. Christopher and Amanda M. McHenry, foreclosure sought for alleged delinquent taxes for property on St. George Street, East Liverpool. Timothy W. Cassidy, 58, Hubbard, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to attempted compelling prostitution, a fourth-degree felony, and attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony. Sentencing is set for Aug. Cassidy had attempted to arrange a meeting with an undercover agent posing as a child between Aug.
Timothy J. Johnson, 41, Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, was sentenced to a year in prison for charges of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth-degree felony; obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony; and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, criminal damaging and resisting arrest.
He also pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, each a third-degree felony, for having methamphetamines on two different days in February and was sentenced to a year in prison concurrent with the other time he is serving. In a third case, Johnson pleaded guilty to using weapons while intoxicated and two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, for two handguns in his possession while he was intoxicated on June 28, Again, he was sentenced to a year in prison, concurrent with the time he is serving in the other two cases.
Finally, Johnson was placed on four years community control for receiving stolen property and vandalism, for causing harm to property belonging to Al Hissom Roofing and Construction on Nov. Aaron C. Walter, 28, Alliance, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control, which has now been dishonorably terminated.
He was ordered to serve in jail with credit for 18 days served for domestic violence, for harming Brittany Lynn Kirk on May 12, Regis R.
