LISBON β In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Billie Thompson, 41, Youngstown, was bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility.
Thompson allegedly drove to the Columbiana County Jail and stuck something on the driver side front wheel of another vehicle bearing Texas plates and then walked into the jail. A female corrections officer then left the jail, went to the vehicle with Texas plates, looked at the front wheel and then got into her vehicle. Cody Heasley, 27, Beaver Falls, Pa.
