Our beloved 9 grain stout is back for some winter fun. A smooth malted complexity is what you get in each sip. We laid up the other half of our batch in a freshly dumped bourbon barrel.
Look for its release on St. Patty's day! Stout season is upon us! This stout was brewed using beechwood and peat smoked malts, the result is a subtle smokiness that lingers.
Full bodied brew with hints of dark chocolate. His one request was an IPA with all mosaic hops, so that's what we did. We went a step further and used whole cone hops in the brewhouse and fermentation side for a beautiful Mosaic flavor and aroma. Brewed with Wheat and Malted Oats for a solid haze.
