There will be three types of tickets: to the Lawnswood Room main keynote lecture room , to the Bramley Room video relay from Lawnswood Room , and reserve tickets. Please note that reserve ticket holders are not guaranteed a space in the two lecture rooms. Unclaimed seats in the Lawnswood Room and the Bramley Room will be reallocated to holders of reserve tickets five minutes before the lecture is scheduled to begin.
Lowe, Glasgow Centre for Medieval and Renaissance Studies, University of Glasgow Purpose: This workshop will use as points of departure technological materials used to teach medieval topics in a variety of academic environments, from research universities to undergraduate schools to colleges.
The emphasis will be on collaborative projects: collaboration between institutions, staff and students. We will examine the impact upon such work of funding bodies, tenure procedures, and access to student and staff labour pools, as well as issues of copyright and fair use.
