Hotels often had flyers advertising various agencies. The last time was last year, in a hotel. Spent about 2 hours on the web and ordered a girl, who was OK.
The main problem I see is that it is difficult to tell by Googling "escort Utrecht, say" which agencies are actually local. If they're not, it takes too long for her to come and costs more. That information is not easy to find. Some quote less, even as low as for an hour, and some quote but, in small print, for a half hour for an hour.
