Updated: December 6, am. A year-old Lincoln man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman as she slept, according to court documents. Jason Frost has been charged with first-degree sexual assault in the incident, which occurred on Sunday.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the Lincoln Police Department took a report that day of a sexual assault that had occurred around 10 p. Police spoke with the victim, a year-old woman, who told officers she was asleep in her bedroom when she woke up to find Frost sexually assaulting her. The victim said she yelled at Frost and he fled the residence, according to the affidavit.
