Shipping costs at Budoten are as low as they had been many years ago. Favourible dispatch conditions go for us without saying. Already since Autumn Budoten is authorized to use this seal and trustmark which is only awarded to online-shops which are distinguished by fair shipping costs for consumers. Immediately available items will be shipped within working days from your order.
In any other case the shipping time is approx. At huge supply of far more than If an item from your is not available we will inform you on the estimated shipping time. We are pleased to recommend you a similar product. Not immediately available items from the product groups 10, 20, 55, 70, 80 will be shipped in average within 4 working days from your order.
Items of other product groups will be shipped in average within 7 working days. If some items should not in stock, we will not receive automatically a replacement for it. You are invited to choose within the available items one which you like. You will get it without any additional shipping costs from us to the same conditions as your original order. If you don't place a replacement or cancel your order we will take this item in backorder and ship it immediately upon availability.
Meanwhile you will stay informed by email upon your order. Sometimes we get the question, if we could not just send an item for replacement. For sure - as for some customers, that would be very convenient, but it is not allowed by law in Germany.
