One popular option we're often asked about is where to go shopping. If you're looking for a bit of retail therapy during your time here in The Three Valleys, then this page is for you. Meribel itself has some nice shops, and there is no shortage of places to stop for coffee or a cocktail.
But, if you're looking for something special, then we usually recommend that our guests make the trip to the nearby resort of Courchevel If you're looking for a luxury shopping trip, or you're in search of that extra special gift, Courchevel is usually the place to go. Courchevel is arguably the most prestigious resort in the Three Valleys ski area. Of course, we obviously think Meribel is unbeatable, especially when it comes to skiing.
But if you want to rub shoulders with celebrities, royalty and the odd Russian oligarch, then Courchevel is the place to go. It's perhaps not surprising, then, that Courchevel is as famous for its luxury shopping as it is for its skiing.
