The appartment looks like the photos on airbnb but it's a TRAP. Magdalena gave us coffee and cookies every morning and that was appreciated. It was not mentioned in the description that there was no heat! That was very unpleasant because of the cold nights at this altitude.
It's not acceptable to pay such a price for an appartment without heat, especially because for that price you can get a 4 stars room in the center, with heat and hot water. Plus we canceled our last night two days before the departure and Magdalena didn't want to give us the money back without any reason Then she didn't show up when we left and said she was not here but we saw her in the yard! Totally unacceptable to rent such an appartment during the autumn and the winter.
My wife and I love this place. So you can walk to the city if you care to. The place is clean and looks just as pictured in the ad. Maria and her staff are very helpful and will help with any information as needed. We would be more than happy to stay here again. It was located within walking distance and had a beautiful view. It was in a gated area which was also nice. Magdalena was very hospitable and left coffee and pan everyday by our door.
This place is very near of the downtown but far enough to be in Peace with the nature, the only noises you will hear here are the lovely birds! The place is calm, quiet, beautiful and very private and safe.
You Will have a delicious coffee in the morning with cookies in your door every morning. The only issue that I had was the internet but Madgalena help me with that. I planned just to be here for a couple of days, at last moment I booked two nights extra due I really enjoy the place, is very relaxing. I loved it!
