But first I searched for the elusive Bosnia strip club that has been reported to be near La Siesta Hotel. My hotel was next door to La Siesta. I walked the streets for 15 minutes and found no sign of Bosnia. I spoke with a hotel doorman and a food delivery guy, figuring both would know of it; neither did.
So I think Bosnia is no longer. So I asked my hotel for a cab and told the driver I wanted to go to a strip club. In Hermosillo there are table dance clubs and massage parlors; after we clarified that I didn't want a massage he told me that what I wanted was a table dance club, and he took me to La Habana II.
It's a strip club. Within minutes of arriving I had a cute Mexican on my lap. While I did get some play there, I quickly learned that her primary goal was to get me to the private dance area for a BJ. After she finished her drink -- I forget the price, but it was times the price of mine- and I declined to purchase another, she moved on. I sampled 2 or 3 additional dancers, but none were as playful.
And since the first was only somewhat playful, that's saying something. More than once dancer looked at me from a distance and pantomimed a BJ. Covered BJs is what this place is about, and I ended my time there by asking the first dancer to do the deed.
