Contact Admin. Departed 40 mins late. Seats were terrible and uncomfortable. Way too hot in the cabin. A trip that should have taken 1. I would like financial reimbursement for the trouble: Several USB ports were not working. Communication needs to be better via text or email regarding flight status changes.
Good crew, did a good job making us feel good for a delayed late night flight. For some reason air was never turned on.
Air only seemed to flow once we were moving but sitting at the gate and once back on the ground taxing it got very hot again.
The flight attendants were excellent overall, but one of them reacted unprofessionally when I asked her to throw something away prior to departure. I believe it was the first class flight attendant, as I did not interact with her again after take off. Food is not free Seat was not very comfortable. Too hard, and very little recline. I was seated next to a fairly rude person. Could have happened to anyone I suppose.
Tray tables very dirty, flight overbooked, hard to find gate agents. After running from my last flight to make it to this one, the aircraft taxied out and we waited another 30 minutes before departing without any updates. Boarding was very slow and agents switches my seat without notifying me. Had to wait in long line twice. In flight crew was great. Check in person challenged me on TSA rules that allows a breast pump to not count as a carry on as it is a medical device.
