According to court records obtained by New Times , Parra allegedly molested three girls while they were in his wife's care at her daycare center at the couple's home at West Catalina Drive in Phoenix. Parra already is a registered sex offender for inappropriately touching a young girl on which we'd have more information if the Department of Public Safety's website -- and its sex offender registry -- hadn't been hacked and apparently shut down for the moment.

The mother of the victims called police earlier this month to report that her daughters were abused by Parra between early and spring of One of the girls, who was between the ages of 5 and 7 when the abuse occurred, recalled one instance when Parra forced her to perform oral sex on him. In total, Parra's been hit with 11 counts of sexual conduct with a minor, four counts of child molestation, one count of public sexual indecency, and two counts of sexual assault.
