It was lively at night and it was safe to walk around. The room was spacious and comfortable. The place was nicely decorated. Excellent 9. That fact by itself deserves a 5 star rate for the staff Excellent We were enthusiastically received by Giovanni who was very willing to explain us everything about the area.
It's located very close to 'La Sexta' where there are plenty of little bars and restaurants. We were not able able to continue our traveling the next day and Giovanni arranged that we could stay another night without a problem.
We will be back in the future! Excellent It is in zone 1 of Guatemala City, super close to the historical centre! The property was extremely clean! The host Giovanni was super helpful and available for any question and gave me loads of suggestion! Absolutely the best staff on earth! Very, very clean and comfortable. They went above and beyond to ensure I had more than I needed for my stay. If you get the chance to stay while Giovanni is there, be ensured you'll be well taken care off.
Location is good too, at walking distance from everything without being at the middle of anything. Excellent 8. He helped us with everything and even drove us to the bus terminal when we were leaving for Antigua. Thanks again. Good 6.
