On the way was a sleazy motel and across from it a convenience store.
I stopped in to grab a beer to chug on the way. I was approached by a well dressed woman asking for a light for her smoke. We got to talking about just random stuff. She seemed smart and nice. I asked her what she was doing tonight. Hoping to hang out and get to know her better. She said she was working. I asked where she works and she pointed to the motel.
I thought she worked at the motel legitimately. She asked if I needed a price. It went over my head until she said she's a working girl straight out. I was crushed. I said no thanks. Drank many beers that night. I felt like an idiot. Years later I ended up staying at that same motel while temporarily homeless. Kife is full of surprises I tell ya.
A few times. When arriving at Vilnius Bus station from the Airport shuttle and embarking on foot to my hotel as a solo male traveler with a backpack and small travel bag, I see an attractive tall Brunette female late 20s by herself just outside the reach and bustle of the station along the main road.
She looks at me and says something like, 'do you want some company? I could have asked her for directions - as I took a round about way to get to my hotel just outside the old town - but thought that might have been worse as I could have been misled and robbed. On a few occasions in the USA when I traveled, I have had women in an urban metro area say something to me that based upon their appearance made me conclude they were prostitutes strung out looking ones in parking lot are worst or young girls being too 'friendly' in a sexually suggestive way which made me just ignore them possible decoys.
