The reek of vodka was splendid at 7am. There is a very noisy karaoke bar and shisha joint in the same hotel so expect late night antics and lots of traffic in the packed car park. The staff are incredibly charming and largely efficient and obliging. The hotel is conveniently situated in the old part of the city, and is comfortably furnished, although in my room the phone, a bedside and desk light didn't work, Oh, and the air conditioning control panel was on the fritz.
