The operator of a prostitution club was arrested Tuesday for violation of prostitution laws after he was found to be operating a website that acted as a go-between between women and their customers, police said. According to police, Yoshihiro Morioka, 45, the owner of Osaka club Genesis, and employee Seiji Muramoto, 36, allegedly operated a website that boasted male members from Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and other cities, and hooked them up with the 84 female members for sexual encounters at parties that were held nearly times around the country between May and June They are said to have made 87 million yen from the venture.

In a country with so much prostitution, how can they decide who to arrest? Perhaps these guys failed to pay off the right people.
