The medieval settlement of Hansca is located on the estate of the village of the same name, in the Ialoveni district, Republic of Moldova Figures This archaeological site is complex, consisting of 12 levels of habitation, dating from the Bronze Age to the pre-modern period. The archaeological site occupies an area of about x m, while the medieval settlement within it, depending on the period, ranges in size from ha to ha Figures The collection of early medieval archaeological material from Hansca includes inventory items, about 90 complete ceramic vessels, over ceramic fragments and other materials.
