Came Tanjung Pinang on holiday with family Had chose CK ever since my 1st experience. Large clean spacious rooms here, with a reasonable variety of TV channels avaliable for the family. Hotel staffs are friendly and could converse in good English without any language barrier.
Opted for the Deluxe Balcony rooms, comes with large balcony, would be better if it comes with garden bench or chairs while enjoying the view. Strongly recommended for families and would definitely come back for my subsequent visits. Keep up the good work and see you again CK.
I have stayed here last July with my foreigner friend for 2 nights, the room was very nice,toilet has the latest design. Breakfast was great which was varieties of options. The only minor think which they need to improve is about the service.
Once we arrived, receptionist asked us to find the room by our self. It would be nice if they can escort us to our room instead of pointing the direction. All the staff were extremely friendly, special call out to Bartender sorry that I forgott his name,but still remember that he is from west Java, he is super friendly. I will definitely come back again and will recommend this hotel to my friends. Stayed in this hotel countless time but the service and hospitality is still maintained. Stayed on the 5th floor and the rooms is well maintained.
The staff were very friendly and courteous specially the front door Adly. As usual he's very helpful and tends to your request immediately. Breakfast is well spread. Staying for one night. Room is well furnished.
