There was a problem loading the reviews. The male employee yelled at me on the phone when I politely asked what are the different kind of rooms available. To be fair, my understanding of English is rusty, but this is no reason whatsoever to be so rude. It is the first time in my life I am being shouted at by a hotel staff.
