I would definitely not rate this 5 Starr , I would say 3 Starr and is overpriced compare to other hotels, it's a small hotel.
And on top of the money we paid we had to pay city tax when we left it's a very expensive for this hotel where you can stay in a really nice 5 start hotel for the same price. Won't stay there again. We had a nice stay and the hotel is pretty nice as well. However, for the price you can expect that you can connect to the internet. They claim to be one of the "Small Leading Hotels of the World".
For a foreign business traveller I cant recommend this hotel for this reason. They did not fix the problem in my entire stay or offered a compensation. Also I felt ripped off when they charged me 40 EUR per day for the garage when I checked out as they mentioned a price of 20 at the first day. Really , the hotel was woudrful and the service was excellent.
Service was fine as well as cleaning. The view is not the best and the Internet was slow but they promised to take care for my next visit. Small hotel with modern yet cosy design. The services staff provided are in fact most impressive, from patiently going through each in room details with guest upon check in, to getting out of their way to escort you to find a nearby shop or restaurant.
