Her mother, Kathy Hilton , and sister Nicky Hilton both knew that London was on the way, but not when. She feared childbirth due to her past, she said, prompting the help of a surrogate for both children.
She has written in the past of sexual abuse and medical trauma that she experienced at a boarding school in Utah as a teen. I just knew that would not be healthy for me or the baby, growing inside of someone who has such high anxiety.
