If you're looking for caucasian streetwalkers then Paris is not the town for you. Contrary to what you might think the French authorities are not at all tolerant of prostitution, and the whole scene has been pushed to the fringes. You have three options. If you speak French you can use various internet sites specialised ones such as niamodel; general ones such as vivastreet and wannonce to find private girls. If you like lotteries then you can go to a massage salon; almost all of them these days offer happy endings, some of the girls offer BJ or even FS for an extra price.
And if you don't care about looks you can pick up a Chinese streetwalker. The latter is my preferred option because these women, mostly past their prime, are willing to offer a real erotic experience for no more than E. On the downside, again, their looks are not good and they often work from crummy small one-room flats.
