Join us for a holiday in a beautiful region of Italy rich in history, picturesque landscapes, art of famous Renaissance artists, charming cities, fine wine and delicious food. Our stay is in a beautiful villa with pool and large well-kept garden surrounded by vineyards. Our tantric holiday will relax and energise you at the same time. It will bring a deeper understanding of what is going on in your life. You will become more sensitive and attentive to yourself but also to your surroundings.
You will be able to listen to the subtler sensations of your physical body and your psyche. You open yourself more to life and flow with it more easily.
Tantric classes morning and evening session total of 30 hours a week : Meditation techniques suitable for couples and individuals, soft techniques of tantric massage, awakening energy body, tantric work with sexual energy, opening and charging chakras, sacred tantric rituals, celebration of the equinox, therapeutic techniques from the field of Conscious BDSM, sharing, insight and of course much fun. Participation in all exercises and rituals is completely voluntary. There is time off during the day 10 am till 7 pm for excursions into the surroundings or to relax in the countryside or by the villa pool.
