I had several stays in Zagreb during last 3 years and I just can say, there are better places to stay The woman and girls there are so beautiful, but they seem to be very catholic also.
I met lots of woman there but I just had very few nice ends. Most of them look for Mr. Right or Mr. Rich, that makes it complicate. In the city centre "Bulldog" is a good place to meet somebody especially during winter. There was always good life music in this pub during winter period with attractive woman. Also "Aquarius" disco. But they are not easy to get, these locations are for people who have money, so that you can't impress with money usually. Street hookers are hanging around sometimes near the bigger hotels but they are nothing for me, most of them are just horrable.
