Around 6 in the morning this chinese chick woke me up yelling. Duh sunways! After I realized what she said my first thought was Yippadee-fucking-doo the sun.
I think the girl thought the reason everybody was their was to see the sunrise. I was there merely because of poor planning.
Well I am awake now so why not take a look at that amazing ball of fire. I'm sure I can enjoy the pictures better : On the south peak, besides some chinese there were a canadian couple and one finnish guy. I joined them in their walk back to the north peak and had a nice discussion about finance where they are both working in. When I arrived in the valley I flagged down a private bus and joined the locals to Xi'an.
Xi'an is, other than I expected nothing like Beijing. Xi'an is way more modern. New buildings, not so much haggling, not so much annoying people trying to sell you loads of shit and everybody is way more wealthy.
