We stayed on the Level side and it was amazing. Excellent food and great accommodations. I would recommend this resort to others and even go back myself but the Level side is a must. The Level lounge should have a more lively feel to it with music or some type of entertainment, it could also use its own ice machine.
This resort is great for people looking for a smaller scale resort with high end accommodations and a laid back environment.

Special thanks to Chef O'Neal who prepared for us some fabulous dinners and Kevoy who took care of serving us and making sure our table looked right. If you are looking for a place to chill with nothing else around you then the Melia is the place to be. The resort as a whole is well kept.
Our room at the level opened up to the beach 7 steps from our porch. The beach was clean and groomed daily. You do need water shoes as the sea floor is rocky they are working on that. Restaurants were adequate buffet could use a larger variety , room service was spot on! One suggestion The Level beach could use some background music. You will be pleasantly surprised!
