I had a 2-hour massage session. He knows his job very well while his hands are actually made for this job which made the session felt very short. I pointed out a sore spot on my right arm which I use a lot especially for work so she paid more attention to it. The pressure applied was quite a lot and I asked her to reduce it but was told it was required to ease the knots in my arm so I endured.
However, it was hard to sleep due to the residual pain in that arm last night and also this morning I am noticeably sore in that arm alone the rest of my body is fine.
Is this normal? I went in for a RMT service. My RMT, Alexandra was very professional and listened to issues before performing the massage. I went to the Harbord location. The place is clean and friendly staff.
