This hotel is not for families. We were assigned this hotel through a sports booking companyASA for a hockey tournament hosted by Whitby Minor Hockey. Our first night not only did we see strung out dead beats yelling constant profanities at each other but some boys sadly saw sexual acts performed right outside the front lobby entrance. The next morning the loving couple were back at it yelling and screaming the nastiest of nasty through the parking lot.
The man actually was threw objects and coffee at parked hotel patrons cars. Police were dispatched and by the end 4 cars responded. One officer actually blamed us for our experience because we chose to stay at a hotel in an area known for prostitution! The owner David Hun did not care one bit. Ironically they were able to give the team a meeting room to hang out in for free on the Saturday night even after they told us previously that it was unavailable.

I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced and will work with our team to rectify what we can. That couple stayed here. We called to police and we kicked them out next morning. We are always concern about any prostitutes stay here. That's why we ask about photo ID and major credit card to the customers. If we have any problems? Thank you and we do hope you will reconsider staying with us in the future.
Check in and service was friendly! Room was renovated and clean! Didn't use pool but there is one as well as continental breakfast, 3. Good location on Westney Rd. South of Hwy Would be back if needed! I know its a super 8 so i wasnt expecting the bellagio but for It was a mistake for one night a friday night it was The hotel is dirty from front door to the carpet int he room.
Everything was disgusting the elevators were filled with filth. The room had no aircondition had to leave the windows open in an area i do not trust. My friends and i were hit on by the people there i was there with my husband and friends, there was no security no safety what so ever. The rooms were so small and there were hardley any plugs anywhere.
