Any suggested time in January or February? Any good inclusive type of places at lower price points? Give us more info about what you want to do in those four days. Cost depends partly on if you will share a room, most rates are based on double occupancy.
Check out Hamanasi. They do a modified all inclusive: rooms, meals and tours, not liquor; but may or may not be what you are looking for. I think these guys don't care for any official tours.
We would plan on per room based on the room arrangements. We care to drink and party so will pass out anyhow versus enjoying the room. If meals are included, great. If not, people will have to deal with it.
I understand liquor is usually not included anywhere. Most important would be good weather, beachside or at least an awesome pool, and all range of entertainment including for some people deliveries if you get the idea.
