Apparently, the woman who rented out the apartment quickly started her own illegal business to make some money, without the owner of the apartment knowing about it. According to our sources, the owner of the apartment planned on traveling for three months and decided to make some money on the side by renting out his apartment.
Since the travel was imminent, he did not have much of a choice when it came to choosing who gets to rent the apartment. Only one foreign woman contacted him about the place. Since she seemed nice on the phone and he was in a hurry, he decided to rent the apartment out to her. Before his departure, the landlord visited the apartment where he already noticed a few red flags. An unknown man opened the apartment, it was dark inside with the curtains closed and there was a pungent smell of marijuana.
Although this should have been enough to send the tenant away, since the landlord was in a hurry, he signed a contract with the lady anyway. A few days later, he received an email with a collection of complaints from other tenants in the building about strange sounds coming from the apartment and many different men entering the room on a daily basis. Additionally, some of the tenants actually searched for the address of the apartment and found online sex advertisements. Since they signed a 3 month contract with the tenant, he cannot simply throw her out.
However, since the woman is basically operating an illegal brothel in the apartment, she is bound to get in trouble with the police.
