You're skipping almost all of Patagonia.
That's the most obvious omission. Presumably you have your reasons. Other than that, between Mendoza and Salta there's San Juan which is worth a stop. Parque Ichigualasto is really something else. Yes sorry that's per person not for all of us haha. I should have been more clear. We want to do Patagonia really badly however we're aware of our limited time so we're going to Patagonia and Antarctica together in another trip next year.

I just moved to Brazil after 6 months of living in Buenos Aires so I hope what I'm about to share with you is helpful : FYI BA is absolutely my favorite city in the world, and I've been to quite a few at this point. Agree with what Andrew said about Patagonia - definitely worth the trip big time! But since you're planning to go next year I think it's a good plan to focus on Northern Argentina for this trip.
