Go into the lounge bar and don't be taken aback; the lounge is full of prostitutes, pimps and very few punters. What a shame!!!! Toilets awful,. Reception hall very depressing. Staff at the welcoming desk are very forlorn and unwelcoming We respect your opinion about our hotel, however many customers appreciate the freindly atmosphere that exists.
Despite that, strict control measures were taken at the reception and at the bar to make selection of our customers. This hotel is well located on the beach and has pleasant grounds. It presents well! Inside the hotel needs a maintenance crew to do a makeover. Food,dinner and breakfast are average and there is an average feel to the place. Had a bad nights sleep as a result. The hotel has potential but it's obvious the management lacks the skill to maintain the hotel in a top position.
In reading your comment we note that you are talking about another hotel. Since we're not at the beach, it is downtown and there is no garden at the hotel. But if you talk about our hotel, we inform you dear guest that we have invested to enhance the quality and comfort of our custommers. We stayed here one night as part of a tour. Apparently the hotel is in the process of being upgraded. We had a nice size room with TV and fridge neither tested.
Only one chair easy chair in two bedded room, desk but no chair. Toilet separate from shower room and had no washbasin in. No kettle in the room, apparently you can ask at reception for one. Info book only in French. Comfy beds if a little hard. Good lighting. Floor carpeted.
Hotel is conveniently situated for town centre and Medina but our room , was noisy from traffic when we arrived but luckily quietened down in the night.
