Loved the services, room decoration. I went there on mid- June and due to the low season there are very limited amount of travellers, there was a bit problem with the wifi and the manager changed to another room for us which comes with better connection. The room was facing the pool and Lake Tana directly, offers great view. The complimentary massage was nice too but I'm sure it's less than 1 hour as stated on their services package.
Generally speaking, it's a great place to stay with if you tend to plan longer time in the hotel. Loved the service. The people here are very nice and helpful, specially Birhanu. The location is perfectly complimented by the design.
TV has limited channels. Pool open 24 hrs but poorly lighted at night. Restaurant is specious with good food and some tables have lake view.
